These Terms apply to Iskal websites, job-request flows, business accounts, dashboards, estimating and quoting tools, AI-assisted features and related services. Business users confirm authority to bind their business.

About Iskal

Iskal Limited is registered at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Contact christian@iskal.si. Iskal is software that helps homeowners describe work and tradespeople receive structured job requests and prepare first estimates or offers. Iskal is not the tradesperson carrying out the work or a party to the resulting trade contract unless expressly stated.

Accounts, job requests and AI

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Homeowners remain responsible for descriptions, photos and measurements. Estimates, scopes, bills of quantities, product suggestions and draft offers are decision-support information: the tradesperson remains responsible for checking scope, quantities, safety, legal requirements, taxes and final pricing.

Customer relationships and data

A job sent through a tradesperson's Iskal link remains that tradesperson's customer enquiry. Iskal will not disclose it or a customer's previous jobs to unrelated tradespeople unless the customer independently chooses to submit information to another tradesperson. Free and paid services

Free, early-adopter, trial and promotional offers are governed by the offer shown when you join or confirmed in writing. Paid subscriptions are charged at the price, currency, interval and tax treatment shown at purchase, and renew unless stated otherwise. You may cancel through the account process or by contacting us; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use and liability

You must not use Iskal unlawfully, infringe rights, upload malware, seek unauthorised access, misuse another person's data, impersonate others, spam, or rely on automated outputs instead of required professional judgement or safety checks. We may maintain, change or suspend the service where reasonably necessary. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business users, where permitted by law, Iskal's aggregate contractual liability in a 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 and fees paid for the affected service in that period.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms for service, legal, security or business-model changes. Business use is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
